1. Koyang Mario's Restaurant

          The co-owner of "Koyang Mario's restaurant" is Michael Lapid. The restaurant was named after his elder brother, Mario Francisco Lapid.The kapampangan term form elder brother is "Koyang", thats why it's called Koyang Mario. 

  
    The services they offer will make you feel the ambiance of pampanga. They offer kapampangan dishes especially seafoods. They also serve "Buro" and "Atchara". 


 Koyang Mario is located at Guagua Pampanga and they are situated right in front of market place of Guagua. 
      




2. 19 Copung - Copung Grill

                    19 Copung - Copung Grill offers exotic and native food. You will be greeted by the staffs in Kapampangan way. They also offer Eat-All-You can from 11am - 2pm. Another dish that is a-must-try is the new dish in their menu which is the "Bellychon".

3. Bubusuk


          Bubusuk is located at Lazatin Blvd., San Fernando, Pampanga. The term "Bubusuk" came from the kapampangan word which means is "Umuusok" in tagalog. 






4. Benjamin Tacos + Quesadillas

     
          Benjamin in located at Sta. Monica, Lubao, Pampanga.They are only open during thursdays, fridays, and saturdays from 4pm to 10pm. These are few of the foods that they offer.









5. APAG Marangle

                        
                        "Apag Marangle" in tagalog means "Hain sa bukid. Apag marangle can be recommended to those who want to feel the ambiance and the taste of Kapampangan. They are also known because of their exotic dishes like Kamaro and fried frog. It is located at Santa Barbara, Bacolor, Pampanga. It was established in 2008.  Their main branch is in Bacolor which is situated literally in the middle of a farm.

6. Capampangan Island Grill & Restaurant


                 Capampangan Island Grill is a fitting tribute to our local culture with its colorful and cozy ambiance and for keeping alive the unique Kapampangan literary tradition called the polosa, a form of extemporaneous lyrical poetry rendition. Never leave the restaurant without partaking their in-house specialty of savory and heart attack-inducing crispy pata, whether as main dish or pulutan. It is located at McArthur Highway, Sindalan, San Fernando, Pampanga.
